Hotel New York the Art of Marvel is the newest hotel at Disneyland Paris and it’s the first Disney hotel to be themed around Marvel, this hotel has 2 restaurants Downtown and Manhattan, Downtown is a buffet style and Manhattan is table service.
On my last trip I was lucky enough to get a table reservation for Downtown, with the restaurants being so popular it’s hard to get a reservation, I made my reservation over the phone about a month before my visit but it is recommended to book 60 days in advance especially if your going during busy periods. The Disneyland Paris app describes it as a swing between the Chinese, American and Italian cuisine stations like Spider-Man through the New York rooftops on this cosmopolitan culinary journey. The restaurant it’s self is fairly small so I see why they get fully booked quickly.
My experience was amazing I think because I eat a wide range of foods, in my opinion there wasn’t much on offer in terms of children‘s food so if your planning on taking your Marvel crazy children this might not be the place for you esspically if they are fussy eaters. The food was next level and a lot of it it’s prepared in front of you and then added to the buffet, I ate a plate from each section so I could get an understanding of all what was on offer. My favourite things were the pulled pork from the American section and the hoisn duck from the Chinese section. The deserts were out of this world in terms of theming and taste (see image below) most of the deserts were chocolate which was good especially the character themed ones. I was in the restaurant for around 2 hours which is average for a buffet style restaurant, just to add to this I did vlog my experience meaning it takes a little longer, the cost of this resturant isnt cheap so it’s definitely something which you splurge a little more on. Adults €40 and Children under 11 €30 this meal doesnt include a drink. I will have a vlog going up soon with my full experience and a view of all the food on offer.
